Control vs Surrender - living without resistance!



Surrender and let go..
Such easy words, but oh so hard to really do that in our everyday living!
We keep reading and hearing to “just let go and trust..” but to really live it.. I’d say that is close to impossible for us mere mortals!



Control can show up in so many different ways... here are some of them!
Stress, worry, perfectionism, the pressure to perform, anger outbursts, the need to fix, trying to change others, believing outcomes are in our hands, judging, blaming, being protective, criticizing, regretting the past, resistance to current events, fearing the future, feeling that there is too little time, impatience, frustration.. etc. 
These things usually show up because of a lack of trust in the Divine Plan. Anita Moorjani describes it as walking around in a huge dark warehouse with only a torchlight, seeing only the boxes stacked right in front of us. But if the lights are switched on we will be able to see thousands of boxes, filling the whole warehouse!
Hey, there might even be alleys and towers and a whole lot more things other than boxes!
But part of the game called Life, is that our sight is very limited when it comes to seeing the order behind all the seeming chaos and suffering in our lives. We usually struggle to see the Bigger Plan, and the perfection behind it all!
Total surrender means to have faith in that Divine Plan; to trust in perfect timing; to know without a doubt that everything in our lives are always happening for our highest good. That absolutely nothing is left to chance, and that all is exactly the way it should be. That there are no mistakes, and we arenever victims! In the bigger picture, everything has a reason, even if the reason is indirect.

I got a (strong!) “message” to work on exactly this topic in the upcoming group distant session this coming Friday - on letting go of everything that is holding us back from leaping into life; from total surrender and acceptance. To surf the waves of life with ease, trust and confidence..
Oh and ps..The super bonus of living a life of surrender, is that manifesting your dreams also becomes much easier!

​I will focus specifically on finding constrictions and blockages which might hold you back from leaping into life; keeping you from fully surrendering and trusting. 
After working on the general energy of the group, I will tune in with every individual, and locate any physical areas of tension which represent emotional or mental resistance to trust and surrendering.
I will then energetically “stay” with these areas (hold a healing space) until an expansion and release is sensed - a deep surrender and "Yes" to Life.
