The way to a thriving Life: stepping into your Power.
We hear these phrases often: Step Into Your Power. Own Your Worth. But what do they really mean, and how do you do it? To be in your power is not to be forceful or manipulative. In fact, such people are cut off from their innate power and are driven by fear and ego. To be in your power is to be in alignment with the energy that creates worlds, as Abraham Hicks says. To be in your power is to trust that you are in the right place at the right time. It is to know that all is well, and the universe has your back. To be in your power is to claim your joy, deliver your gifts, and own your part in the life you create. It’s like a powerful flow of energy, into all your endeavors. We know we shouldn’t let “things get to us”, we should always “get up again and again after a fall”, keep on being positive... but sometimes it is just so damn hard.. When life just keeps coming at us, with everyday challenges, relationship problems, difficult work situations, illness, the suffering of loved ones, etc. - it's easy to lose our innate sense of Power. Ongoing uphill battles can leave us feeling disheartened, and life without a sense of purpose, joy and adventure. This can cause us to go into "survival mode" - shifting our focus to mere “survival” - on getting the chores and our work done, seeing to others’ needs, etc. And the more our focus becomes centered around coping and survival, the less room there is for real creativity, deep joy, the beauty of nature, deep breathing.. and we slowly become ensnared in an ever-tightening spiral, which diminishes the flame of our inner power, as well as the fullness and miracle of what Life is meant to be! The way out of this is usually not just about being positive, forcing yourself to get up, etc, but firstly to address the energy of Powerlessness that are dragging us down, to face it squarely. Allow it to seen, to be healed and then to be released. Only then we are able to embrace the Power within us, and radiate it with confidence and faith into the world. This distant session will aim to help you step into your Power again. During the session I will be working on releasing the energy of Powerlessness, Hopelessness and vulnerability. I will also be working on the solar plexus chakra, which is the seat of willpower in the body. I will check in on your solar plexus chakra (and any other chakras that might influence it negatively) to see if they actively vibrant with energy, and if not, balance it. Feelings of Powerlessness will then be replaced by the ability to Open up to your inner Power again, inviting it in and radiating it into your environment. This session is for you if any of the following rings true: - you feel disheartened by life circumstances, negative people and events - it seems people are just “stepping over you”, not caring about your feelings or needs - you are struggling to radiate your Inner Power/Essence in all circumstances - you feel that you’ve lost the deep connection with Life, God, the meaning of life - you are lacking a deep, solid belief in yourself - you feel overwhelmed by stress and/or worries - you are very sensitive and your feelings are easily affected by others’ burdens, criticism and energy - you lack a feeling of passion, of “zest for life” - you need a “boost”, a clean slate from which to launch from afresh into Life! Unfortunately we’re trained from a young age to look outside ourselves for direction and approval, to look outside ourselves for validation that we’re worthy. This practice actually disempowers us. It’s up to you now. You can choose a different path. You can choose to consciously step into your power. Begin today: Reduce the amount of energy devoted to negative self-talk and self-criticism. Stop looking to others for confirmation, validation, and self-worth. Cultivate the art of listening to your inner wisdom, your higher self, divine guidance, and trust that all is well. Trust that you do know what is best for you. Trust that you are on the right path – for you. You can click here to book a spot for you and/or a loved one in the distant Power session. A life (and a business) that is centered in your power and your true essence, which is to say rooted in love, is truly worth living.. So.. know your power and own your worth and say Yes! to Life!! How much love is in the world nowadays, in your community or family? What can we do to increase it? Maybe by taking care of the most important kind of love first.. which can then radiate outwards into our surroundings.
self-love ˈˌself ˈləv/ noun Definition: regard for one's own well-being and happiness. Self-love, which goes hand in hand with self-esteem, is an integral part of personal happiness, fulfilling relationships and achievement. The amount of self-love we have determines how we react to criticism, confrontation and rejection - taking it personally, or staying objective and valuing others’ opinions. It is also reflected in what our inner voice sounds like - critical and negative or positive and supportive. It comes into play when we make mistakes, making us feel either ashamed and embarrassed, or welcoming the chance for learning and help from others. Or when looking at yourself in the mirror: only focusing on “flaws” or look away because you dislike what you see, or looking at yourself with appreciation and love.. Lacking self-love, we also tend to reject other people’s love, because we either do not recognize it, or we feel that we are not worthy of it. The list is endless..! What causes inadequate self-love, where does it stem from? It could be caused by many factors, i.e.: trauma- emotional, physical or sexual abuse; subconscious belief systems; our society & the media; bullying and academic underachievement in school; stress and difficult life situations (like serious illness or a bereavement); negative thinking habits; the need to perform and be successful, etc. etc. Because self-esteem is usually formed in childhood, it is usually biased and inaccurate, as it is based on a child's-eye view. As we grow up we tend to take the voices of people who were significant to us with us. We may criticize ourselves in their sharp tones, and make the same comparisons with other people that they did. Our childhood experiences create a foundation for general conclusions and judgments about ourselves, which could create a negative view of the self that lies at the heart of low self-esteem. Self-love is our fuel; it’s the foundation of who we are. Everything builds on top of this foundation, and if it isn’t solid, life can feel shaky. Take part in a distant session on Self-love to help shift self-love limiting patterns. When we practice self-love, we feel empowered to push through our limiting beliefs and live a life that truly shines, with countless benefits, like: ❤ being better able to recognize and prioritize your needs, which will lead to healthier relationships. ❤ not sabotaging yourself (by doing something destructive as soon as everything is finally going great in your life!). It will help you to be more accepting of good things in life. ❤ increasing your ability to give and receive love. You only attract as much love into your life as you are able to give to yourself. ❤ increasing your love & acceptance for others, the more you love and accept yourself for who you are… which causes them to love and accept you more! A beautiful never-ending circle of love.. ❤ finding your own Happy! The more love you show yourself, the better you feel. And the better you feel, the happier you become :) The bottom line of the story: Self-love is not selfish! Self-love is about connecting to your innermost needs, celebrating the freedom of being you, and honouring who you truly are while dropping self-destructive patterns. Loving yourself is magical—it’s the most important relationship you will ever have, and one that will help you radically improve every aspect of your life. It's the biggest gift you can give to the world around you. So go on, drop the guilt, and embrace having a deep, loving relationship with YOU! To give you a boost on your journey to full-on self-love, I can offer you a distant session on this theme. I will use my intuition to feel into the core of lack of self-love (of the group, and then individually), and use one or more therapy tools to shift it into opening your heart to yourself and Embracing the whole of YOU. In this session I will be working on: - releasing outdated belief systems about your own worth and lovability - helping you accept and embrace your strengths as well as your weaknesses, the totality of Who You Are. - helping you open up to the fullness of your value and strengths - imprinting deep love and appreciation for Your own Self. Give yourself a huge hug and use affirmations like “You are the most wonderful being in my life - thank you for being here!” throughout the day. Lots of love, Jani 💜 “You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere. You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe deserve your love and affection.” — Buddha |
